New Lease for Unit C, Hayes 180
On behalf of Schenker, dohertybaines have acquired circa 44,000 sq.ft of warehouse space at Royal London’s Hayes 180 development.
The new lease is for a term of
10 years lease with a tenant’s break option at Year 5.
