Dohertybaines working on behalf of Segro for both lettings, have agreed a new 3 year lease for Unit 18 (7, 185 sq ft) to StockX UK Ltd.

Unit 15 (3,788 sq ft) was also let out on a 3 year lease to ESalon.com Ltd.
